DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Install, configure, and maintain network equipment, such as routers, switches, and firewalls. Monitor and analyze network performance to identify and resolve any issues affecting connectivity or efficiency. Implement security protocols, including firewalls, VPNs, and access controls, to safeguard network data. Collaborate with other internal teams and vendors to design, scale, and implement network infrastructure projects. Maintain documentation of network configurations, procedures, and issue resolutions. Stay updated on the latest network technologies and best practices to optimize network performance.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree holder, any computer-related course. Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including routing, switching, IP addressing, and subnetting. Experience in configuration of Fortigate Firewalls, Cisco Switches and Routers, and Ruckus Access Points. Proficiency with network monitoring and diagnostic tools. Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or NSE) are a plus. Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
