DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Troubleshoot issues related to IT hardware and software Configure and monitor network infrastructure and health Configure and provide support for installing operating systems, hardware drivers, and common applications, e.g Windows, Microsoft Office, etc. Manage software licenses and upgrades Document operational problems and how to resolve them May work as a team or independently with general supervision
REQUIREMENT

2+ years of work experience Strong knowledge of hardware and software installation and troubleshooting Has extensive xperience with identifying and resolving computer and system problems including compatibility conflicts and hardware malfunctions Has experience communicating with vendors, users and other IT staff Ability to read and understand technical manuals and guides Willing to be placed in PIK 2
