DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Increase / develope dealer technical competency Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and customer success, to escalate and resolve complex issues. Provide feedback and insights to help improve product quality and customer experience. Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and training materials to enhance the overall support experience. Identify areas for improvement in the support process and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency and dealers satisfaction. Participate in process optimization and implementation of new support strategies (Continuous Improvement) Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while providing support.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor /Master Degree in Engineering Experience Minimum 3 years in the role in a technical support within automotive industry. Strong technical knowledge, logic & analysis thinking Experience to manage technical campaign operation (processing, monitoring & summarize). Friendly with technical tools, Infrastructure, & Digitalization Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Agile, dynamic & adaptive Fast learner and able to work under specific time line. Certified of Technical Competency
