DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

⁠Lead the end-to-end development of digital platform projects, from planning to implementation, ensuring alignment with objectives and timelines. ⁠Collaborate closely with developers and UI/UX designers to implement features that meet user needs and expectations. Develop detailed project timelines, manage key milestones, and monitor progress to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly. Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to project requirements.
REQUIREMENT

⁠Bachelor’s degree in any field, with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager. ⁠Proven experience in leading digital or technology projects, particularly those involving UI/UX development and implementation. Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD. Familiar with project management tools like Trello (Kanban board), Gantt charts, or similar platforms. Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams effectively. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
