DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Weekly & monthly retail performance data update. Support Brand Manager for market trend, customer behavior & competitor monitoring on developing marketing plan. Collaborate with other related departments, such as Brand, operation, IT, finance, and creative team. Execute promotional events and in-store activities to increase traffic & the shopping experience.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Marketing / Management / Business Administration. Minimum 2 years experience in Marketing Support (preferably from Beauty Retail or Lifestyle brands, FMCG). Fluent in English. Independent, strong leadership, self-motivated, able to work well under pressure, team builder, fast learner and enjoy lifestyle & beauty products (perfume, cosmetics & personal care). Strong analytical, data analysis, market research and conceptual thinking, dynamic, creative & innovative but yet result oriented. Understand the Brand Management (marketing mix, positioning, launch, research, budget and competition). Proficient with MS Office Excel, Internet application. Project Management with attention to detail, highly organized & imaginative. Ability to work independently or with minimal guidance
