DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Designing sales strategy plans, distribution, and promotions to drive sales growth. Leading and managing the national sales team, ensuring optimal performance from each team member. Achieving company-set sales targets and ensuring sustainable business growth. Expanding the sales area nationwide, covering both Modern Trade and Traditional Trade markets. Developing and implementing an efficient and sustainable national distribution network (Direct Cover Distribution). Conducting regular evaluations and market analysis to identify new opportunities. Building strong relationships with store owners in General Trade markets to create mutually beneficial partnerships. Preparing detailed performance and achievement reports as requested by management.
REQUIREMENT

Maximum age of 40 years old. Minimum bachelor's degree (S1) in any field. At least 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry. Proficiency in Mandarin (both spoken and written) is mandatory. Experienced in managing both Modern Trade and Traditional Trade markets. Target-oriented and able to work under high pressure to achieve company targets. Strong network with store owners in the General Trade market. Skilled in supervising and executing strategies in detail and consistently. Expertise in Route to Market Management and Territory Management. Proven ability to build and develop a solid team.
