DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead the accounting & tax team. Prepare monthly financial reports. Monitor transaction entries and maintain the general ledger. Monitor costing and maintain stock reports. Monitor debit notes to principals. Maintain the balance sheet. Monitor tax filing and tax reconciliation. Approve invoices and tax invoice revisions. Prepare annual income tax return reports. Conduct monthly stock opname. Prepare any ad-hoc reports as required.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Accounting (minimum GPA of 3.00). At least 3 years of working experience in a related field (preferably with experience in a distribution company). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (proficiency in Oracle is preferred). Possession of Brevet A & B certificates is a plus. Previous experience in a public accounting company is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment/fast-growing company. Detail-oriented, a good team player, and able to work under pressure. Willing to be based in West Jakarta and travel for stock opname.
