DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage the end-to-end accounting function, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and etc Prepare and analyse financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights and recommendations to senior management Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies Implement and maintain effective internal controls and financial procedures Supervise and develop the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and drive financial initiatives Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a professional accounting certification (CPA, CA, or equivalent) Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar finance and accounting management role, preferably in the manufacturing industry Strong technical accounting and financial reporting skills, with a deep understanding of accounting principles and practices Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage and develop a team of accounting professionals Familiarity with ERP systems and data analysis tools
