DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property or portfolio of properties. Ensure properties are maintained in good condition, meeting safety and regulatory standards. Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and reporting for the properties. Handle leasing, rent collection, tenant inquiries, and issue resolution. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for property repairs and upgrades. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract tenants and maximize occupancy rates. Conduct market analysis and stay updated on local property market trends. Ensure compliance with all legal and environmental regulations
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a similar qualification may be preferred for senior roles. Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in property management, real estate, or a related field. Previous experience in managing a team, operations, budgeting, and overseeing large property portfolios. Experience in leasing, tenant relations, facility management, and property acquisition/disposition. Ability to lead a team, make strategic decisions, and manage property managers, staff, and contractors. Strong understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control. Familiarity with building maintenance, compliance with local laws, tenant management, and facility operations. Ability to build relationships with tenants, contractors, and service providers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting with a wide range of stakeholders (tenants, employees, vendors, etc.).
