DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Promoting the company's brands and introducing new products to the market. Analyze budget, prepare annual budget plans, schedule expenditures ad ensuring the sales team meets their quotas and goals. Research and develop marketing opportunities and plans, understand consumer requirements, identify market trends, and suggest system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals. Gather, investigate and summarize market data and trends to draft reports. Implement new sale plans and advertising. Maintain relationship with important clients by making regular visits, understand their needs and anticipate new marketing opportunities. Other responsibilities as needed.
REQUIREMENT

Hold Bachelor's degree from any major. Min. 7 years of experience as Retail Area Sales for Building Construction Material company with 3 years of experience as Assistant Manager, handling expansion of retails and managing existing customers. Willing to work in Bandung. Good communication, good problem solving skill, committed, and energetic.
