DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Collate and analyze HR related data Generate periodical and incidental HR reports (as requested) Be responsible for generating, maintaing, and updating employee records and documentations Assist with HR renumeration administration such as, but not limited to: overtime, benefits, attendance, and leave management Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with labour laws and regulationsAssist with HR data analytics, creating reports on payroll trends, employee costs, and related metrics Handle HR administrative tasks, such as updating employee records, preparing HR reports, and maintaining employee documentation Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies related to payroll and benefits Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns related to policies, benefits, and company procedures Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with labor laws and regulations
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Accounting, and other related degree from reputable university Minimum 2 years of experience in a human resources role, with a broad understanding of various HR functions Willing to assist in all HR function Proficient in HRIS systems (e.g., Andal, Talenta)Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Strong mathematical and logical thinking abilities Experienced in Data Analytics; able to generate insights and create clear, actionable reports. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and empathy Ability to interpret HR data, generate insights, and create clear and actionable reports Fluent in verbal and written English. Knowledge in Korean is a plus
