DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret HR metrics and data to provide insights on workforce trends and organizational performance.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within HR functions, recommending solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Reporting: Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to communicate insights and support decision-making.
Collaboration: Work closely with HR teams and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable plans.
Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of HR projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Systems Support: Support the implementation and maintenance of HR information systems (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to HR staff on data analysis tools and methodologies.
Data Management: Utilize HR information systems (HRIS) to manage employee data, generate reports, and track HR metrics.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Information System, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in HR analytics or a related field.
Proficient in HRIS, FIGMA and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI). Familiarity with statistical analysis software is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
