DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

- Perform on-site installations, configurations and upgrades to computer systems - Provide Technical Support and training to end-users on new features and functionalities - Ensure all systems are compliant with company policies and security standards - Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement upgrade strategies and schedules - Monitor and report on the progress of the upgrade project, addressing any delays or issues promptly. - Assist in the testing and validation of applications and hardware compatibility with Windows 11.
REQUIREMENT

- Singaporean only - IT experience preferred
