Develop HR policies that suit company culture and strategy
Design and supervise the implementation of the applicable KPI system
Supervise and monitor the implementation of HR operations in the context of development company.
Design and develop strategies for future HRD for the short, medium and long term
Design a structure regarding career paths that are currently priorities the company, especially the engineers (systemize) area
Implementing HRIS applications in HR operations in collaboration with experienced consultants
Collaborate with the team to ensure field plant support runs well and fluent
Creating a good and solid working environment within the company
REQUIREMENT
S1 All Majors Minimum age 30 years Experienced as an HR Manager 3-4 years Mastering the HRIS system, employment law, BPJS, Payroll Understanding B2B Contracts
