DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Act as first level support for multiple internal facing and external facing Applications Provide support on user queries or data request related to in scope applications Liaise with L2 application support or other respective parties for any issues required escalation to ensure system alerts received or unusual monitoring items are escalated properly and in a timely manner Coordinate with L1 Ticket Dispatcher for latest update of ticket status information Perform daily checklist and sanity test Support ad-hoc LV activities for related Change Requests Prepare regular report and documentation where required
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 3 years of experience as IT Application Support Experienced in support role from Banking / Switching / Payment Gateway industry is preferred Familiar with Banking application and database eq : SAS, SQL Server, Oracle, etc Familiar with Operating System Windows, Linux Having basic IT Infrastructures (Server, Network, Firewall, Security) knowledge Knowledge/experience in web programming (.Net/Java/HTML5) Knowledge/experience in Android/iOS mobile application development Knowledge/experience in web service integration (SOA, SOAP, REST, JSON, XML) Having Knowledge in ISO messages, and payment gatewayProficient in English both verbal and written Strong communication skills, pro-active, and attention to detail Good understanding and having experience on customer/user service handling Experience in tracking and perform follow up to respective parties Experience in preparing documentations, reports and presentation Understand the system development life cycle
