1. local market insight and establish the target customer data base.
2.To maintain all your customers contact information in Salesforce CRM and follow sales funnel to maintain business opportunities and sales activities in daily basis;
3. Know-how knowledge of Glodon products; Understand and communicate the value proposition of Glodon products.
4.Identifying customer requirements, cultivating customer relationships, and promoting Glodon software products to potential commercial clients.
5. Sales contract preparation; payment follow-up; Assist in after-sales service etc.
6. Build and maintain excellent customer relationships to establish the local user testimony.
1. Do the product demo to clients;
2. Organize the basic product training to users;
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree with construction industry background, sales experience preferred.
Great willingness to learn.
Good command of English.
High sense of responsibility.
Strong communication skills.
Achieve the sales quotas and adjust the sales strategy based on the local market
