Lead and manage multiple retail locations, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and improve profitability.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to store managers.
Foster a positive and engaging work environment to motivate and develop team members.
Ensure exceptional customer service and address any escalated customer issues.
Conduct regular store visits to evaluate performance, merchandising, and operational compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and supply chain, to optimize store performance.
Prepare and present reports to senior management on district performance and initiatives.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum of 8 years of experience in retail management, with a focus on multi-unit operations
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving operational improvements.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
