DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statements Providing financial analysis and reporting to management, with a focus on identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements Liaising with Japanese clients and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial information exchange Assisting with tax compliance and regulatory reporting requirements Contributing to the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the overall financial health of the organization
REQUIREMENT

A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Japanese Language graduates. Fluency in Japanese and English, both written and verbal Holds min. JLPT N3 or above. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Experience in Japanese finance banking company (preferable) Strong technical accounting skills, with a solid understanding of financial reporting standards and regulations Proficient in the use of accounting software and data analysis tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality wo
