REQUIREMENT
Liaise and maintain good relationship with client, become the main door of information from client. Support the process of research background, review & evaluates proposals. Monitoring all relevant data for use in tracking, analyzing, including data collection, input and reporting Work closely with partners, including other agency’s partners, identity weakness and strength, assist with outreach plan, provide technical assistance and training for partner related to CRM & Loyalty program implementation. Participates in the design, implementation and adaptation of grant making strategies and planning future program strategies. Prepare periodic reports for internal and external purposes. Responsible for maintaining quality and timing on projects. Responsible for liaising with all departments.
