DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
• Responsible for directing the architecture and design of Big Data technical solutions and selecting optimal technologies and tools to meet company needs, such as cloud platforms, database systems, and data visualization tools.
• The Tech Lead also provides technical guidance to the team (data engineers, data scientists, and data analysts), fosters skill development, and stays updated on the latest advancements in data analvtics and Machine Learning.
• Collaborates closely with business stakeholders to give solutions to meet their needs, optimizes data pipelines for efficiency, and maintains data security and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Set standard pipelines, data architecture and queries and ensure best practices are followed across the team
• Monitoring the usage and optimization of cloud services, especially in cost management.
• Assisting the Head of Data in determining the Architecture and technical design of Big Data solutions. Ensuring that the selected solution is in accordance with business needs, secure, and possible to scale up/down as needed, such as when migrating form AWS to Microsoft Fabric to ensure the new cloud environments runs optimally in terms of performance and cost
REQUIREMENT
• Familiarity with cloud computing
• Experience in cloud migration and data architecture
• Experience in cost management and performance optimization on cloud platforms (Azure and AWS).
• 5-7 years of experience in data engineering or data architecture.
