DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital products. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements. Develop detailed product specifications and user stories to guide the development team. Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. Manage the product backlog, ensuring that it is well-organized and prioritized. Lead agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Monitor and analyze product performance, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality digital products that meet customer needs and business objectives. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, IT or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager or similar role in the financial services industry/startup/MNCs. Strong understanding of digital product development and agile methodologies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities. Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of financial services regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
