Influencer Identification: Identify and research potential influencers and content creators aligned with our brand values, target audience, and marketing objectives.
Campaign Strategy: Develop comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that align with overall marketing goals, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
Content Collaboration: Collaborate with influencers to create authentic and engaging content, including sponsored posts, reviews, tutorials, and product placements.
Campaign Management: Coordinate all aspects of influencer marketing campaigns, including content briefs, contract negotiations, campaign timelines, and deliverables.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, tracking key metrics such as reach, engagement, click-through rates, and conversions.
Budget Management: Manage influencer marketing budgets effectively, optimizing spend to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
REQUIREMENT
Proven min. 1 years of working experience in Brand Marketing, KOL Specialist, Digital Marketing, or a similar role.
Fluent in English is a MUST.
Bachelor's degree in Brand Communication or related major.
Experience handling beauty brand promotion or having a broad knowledge of beauty or skincare products is preferred.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices.
Able to do full WFO at Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta.
