REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 1 - 2 years of experience in software development experience in .NET development Basic understanding of Contact Center applications and IVR flow Exposure to system optimization, problem-solving, and reviewing application designs Knowledge of .NET development using C# and VB, JavaScript, REST API, and Microsoft SQL Server Familiarity with ASP.NET MVC/Core, SSMS, Entity Framework, or similar technologies Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Razor/Blazor, and RESTful API, SOAP, Web API Awareness of Authentication & Authorization protocols such as JWT, OAuth, and Identity Server Basic understanding of secure coding practices (XSS, CSRF, SQL Injection, etc.) and CI/CD principles Strong interest in learning Business Process Management and improving communication skills Willing to work in banking industry Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team
