DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and implement marketing strategies to acquire new customers and increase profits Manage, maintain, and service current customers to enhance the company's image Ensure effective communication of customer needs within the organization
REQUIREMENT

Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in any discipline Proficiency in English (passive) and computer literacy Minimum 5 years of work experience as sales/marketing at Freight Forwarder Company (preferred have EXIM & DOMESTICS market). Customer-oriented with a regular customer base preferred Ability to schedule and follow up on meetings Conduct virtual or in-person sales visits with clients Strong personality, communication skills, and networking abilities Possess a vehicle and a minimum Sim C driver's license Willingness to be based in Surabaya ( Priority ) and Jakarta
