DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process. Assist end to end recruitment process Assist in HR Administrative things Assist in organizing and coordinating training sessions and workshops Assist in HR projects and initiatives as needed
REQUIREMENT

Fresh graduate or final year student with no class attend in Psychology, Human Resources, Management or related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Able to travel to another city Available to join immediately with a full WFO working policy from Pluit, North Jakarta Fluent in english both speaking and writing
