DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Eliciting and documenting client requirements for software projects Designing and developing innovative software solutions to meet client needs Provide end-user training on software solutions to meet client needs Coordinating project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery Conducting testing and quality assurance activities to validate the software Providing ongoing support and maintenance for deployed software solutions Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business analysts Proactively identifying and addressing potential risks and issues during project execution Preparing and presenting project status reports to stakeholders
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in software project management or consulting Proven track record of successfully delivering software projects from inception to completion Strong technical skills in software design, development, and implementation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and stakeholders Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve project objectives Proficient in project management methodologies and tools Familiarity with Agile software development practices Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
