DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

IT Support & Operations: Manage IT activities, resolve user issues, maintain inventory, and ensure proper documentation. ERP Implementation & Maintenance: Lead implementation, customization, troubleshooting, and support of Business Central. Integration & Analysis: Ensure smooth integration with other systems, analyze processes, and identify improvement opportunities. Documentation & Collaboration: Maintain system documentation, create performance reports, and collaborate with stakeholders.
REQUIREMENT

Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and ERP systems. Knowledge of SQL, BI tools, and system integration. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to communicate with employees from APAC region.
