Business Process Improvement: Review and improve current business process to align with company strategic direction. Coordinate with other stakeholders to explore business process improvement or integration with relevant systems/platform. Compose the approved business process for new policy development. Trade & Field Marketing Activities: Develop offline or online engagement activities for our customers to sustain/increase JTI product availability, outstanding visibility, and product trial. Develop field brief and organize briefing session as guideline for field team on trade and merchandising implementation. Engage with related internal and external parties to ensure alignment and implementation to achieve business objectives. Actively propose alternatives/innovative/creative approach based on market practices or relevant industries. Data Analysis: Review & interpret data trends or customer behavior and compare data results among each region to gather the insights. Provide actionable plan based on the analysis to achieve KPI of projects or further improvements. Engage with internal or external teams regarding data interpretation & analysis to achieve better field implementation. Team development & management: Have a regular conversation with associates to foster open & honest environment. Conduct regular check point to review progress and discuss further solutions.
