DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in the Pulp & Paper industry within the assigned Surabaya area. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities in the Pulp & Paper sector. Provide technical product presentations, demonstrations, and solutions tailored to the specific needs of clients in the industry. Prepare and present quotations, negotiate contracts, and follow up on sales inquiries to secure deals. Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to keep the company’s offerings relevant and competitive. Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, technical support, and logistics) to ensure the successful delivery of products and services to clients. Manage sales activities, including forecasting, reporting, and sales pipeline updates, to meet the company’s sales objectives. Attend industry-related events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company's products and network with potential clients. Provide after-sales support and address any technical inquiries or issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Maximum age of 28 years. Strong interest in sales with a passion for achieving targets and building client relationships. Honest, disciplined, and possesses a strong work ethic. A technical understanding of machinery, equipment, or solutions relevant to the Pulp & Paper industry is an advantage. Willing to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced sales environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales goals. Willingness to travel frequently within the Surabaya area and surrounding regions. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/ERP software like Salesforce. Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred. Possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM A). Prefer to have a vehicle. Willing to travel.
