DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to optimize results. Ensure the team delivers top-tier customer service and maintains long-term client relationships. Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement. Provide coaching and guidance to the sales team to enhance skills and efficiency. Collaborate with management to execute promotional and marketing activities.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Background in the automotive or luxury product industry is a plus. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Target-driven with a focus on achieving results. Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office applications.
