REQUIREMENT
Experience
Demonstrated success in sales and the experience to lead the sales team.
Strong experience in managing P&L and a solid understanding of the commercial dynamics of business operations.
Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, skilled in building, motivating, and guiding high-performing teams.
