DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

As a Sales : Targeted sales (Tender & Supply) In Supply Process → Proposal → Pricing → Distributor → PO → SO → DO → CL Payment → Shipment → Project → After sales support (Note : Italic as part of coordination) Increase Pipeline horizon within Sales Force or Opportunity Management System Convert active pipeline to specified and won Payment support from Project side to Distributor & Distributor to LIXIL. Maintain Key Account Manage market share (spec) and distribution coverage (sales) Maintain existing Distributor Finding new Distributor Acting as Market Intelligent Conducts event, collaborate with Marketing As a Specifier: Brand and product Presentation Create spec product/ to convert competitor spec to LIXIL spec Gather Leads from Project Market Convert Active Leads to be Specified as main responsibility New Product Campaign Arranging and follow up the relationship with customers Project (Developer, Architect, Contractor, Interior Designer) Support quotations and documents tender to third party Make sure a price validity in project proposal and goods delivery within period of LIXIL pricelist Make coordination to pricing control PIC to secure budgeted gross margin Arranging the sales contract to the customer/buyer together with the third party (distributor) Manage and Coordinating the PO, shipment, payment of the delivery of sanitary ware and faucet order to the customer (Monitor PO until product delivery to customer as their PO) Acting as a Key Contact Person from Project during construction and warranty period Maintain relationship with all project customers including Developer, Architect, Contractor, Interior Designer and Distributor Abreast of regulation concern with HSE and COC Sales Competencies - DEALS Mindset : Discover Professional Selling Company and Product Knowledge Sales Planning and Execution Digital Literacy Empathy Selling and Entrepreneurship Entrepreneurial and Commercial thinking Empathy Selling Adapting Changes Embracing Change Winning Mindset Leading Self & Work Team Manage Self Team Leadership Supporting in Business Partner, Communication & Relationship Customer Focus Interpersonal Skill Presentation & Communication
REQUIREMENT

Min. Diploma Degree in Any Education background At least 2 years of experiences in Sales, especially having exposure in Building Material Good relationship with stakeholder (architect, designer, and contractor)
