DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Work closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs.
Sourcing candidates by actively search for candidates through various channels.
Screening and assessing candidates: by evaluating & assesing resumes, applications, etc to determine if they meet the requirements of the position, skills ,& qualifications.
Scheduling interviews, interviewing with hiring managers & other interviewers, collecting feedback from hiring managers and interviewers.
Job offering and negotiating salary, benefits, and start dates.
Employee induction and orientasi
Actively involving in other HR function such as Employee Development and Performance Evaluation Management
Support and participate in the company’s efforts to maintain international standards on Information Security and Quality Management Systems as per the requirements of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.
REQUIREMENT
Education: Min. bachelor degree in Psychology and/or Human Resources Management
Work Experience: Min. 4 (four) years as Talent Acquisition
Domicile: Jabodetabek
Language: Indonesian, English
