DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop a thorough understanding of airport operations and the eco-system at Changi, encompassing its intricacies, the key stakeholders, the systems that support airport operations. Work with the appointed vendor, technology partners & other CAG stakeholders to strategize, develop, manage development, deployment, operation support & maintenance of airport IT initiatives; and to ensure delivered solutions meet technical, functional, security, performance, and business requirements. Establish the related key performance indicators (KPIs) & Work with the internal technical teams and appointed vendor to track & monitor them accordingly. Perform proper project and operation management to ensure delivered solutions meet technical, functional, performance and business requirements. Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and industry, be in the know about latest industry developments and be able to articulate potential impact to CAG and what actions we should take.
REQUIREMENT

An accredited degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related discipline​. Self-starter with an analytical and continually curious mindset to learn more, motivated to "make lives better" for all stakeholders and passengers. Good communication, verbal, written and presentation skills to effectively describe and demonstrate proposed solutions/ideas to internal and external parties​. Preferable with 2-3 year working experience in the IT industry with software development and project management. Candidates who have experience working with an airport operator, airline, ground handling agent, or industry solution provider would be favourably considered. No experience are welcome to apply.
