DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network issues Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests, adhering to SLAs Collaborate with clients to understand their IT needs and provide tailored solutions Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical problems Assist with the deployment, configuration, and management of IT infrastructure Proficient in desktop operating systems, particularly Microsoft Windows and macOS
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support. Must have recent MSP experience Strong client-facing skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical users. Excellent problem-solving and escalation management skills. Extensive experience with Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure Experience with virtualisation technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V Experience with Citrix technologies such as XenApp, XenDesktop, NetScaler, and Citrix Cloud Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organisational and time management skills
