DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Support sales team by coordinating and assisting in introduction, follow up request and quotation
Searching competitive rate of air and sea freight
Quick respond by emails or phone calls with affirmative and accurate information in polite business manner, and provide quotation for Sales
Update schedule shipment and price to Customers
Help trouble shoot problem with customers order, customers accounts, and other related issues
REQUIREMENT
Background education minimum S-1 All Major Have experience min 5 years as Sales Support in logistics or freight forwarding company is priority Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin (Pasive) Excellent Ms. Office especially Ms. Excel Having good knowledge about air and sea freight forwarding Having good communication and negotiation skill Placement : Surabaya
