DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders. Conduct research and analysis to support the identification of IT solutions. Collaborate with the IT Business Analyst team to create functional and technical specifications. Participate in meetings and workshops to elicit and clarify requirements. Assist in developing and maintaining process documentation. Support the testing and validation of IT solutions. Assist in project coordination and communication with stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.

REQUIREMENT

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous experience or coursework in business analysis or related areas is a plus (min. 2 years) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders. Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
