DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop strategies for the IT security services engineer team to support implementation and post-sales activities. Review technical competencies of the IT security services engineer team and manpower planning to support all running projects. Collaborate with internal and/or external stakeholders to implement IT Security Services projects, including architectures and processes, aligning them with organizational goals. Communicate with stakeholders regarding system status, service updates, planned outages, unplanned outages, and service delivery issues for all running projects.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Telecommunication or equivalent with min GPA 3.00 of 4.00. 5+ years of post-sales working experience in the Telecommunications Industry and Large Enterprises. 3+ years experience in managerial roles. Experience in project implementation, maintenance services, and rollout in the IT Security domain. Familiarity with routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and IS-IS), Multicast routing protocols (IGMP, PIM), IP Network protocols for L2VPN and L3VPN, VPN protocols (L2TP, PPTP, IPSec, SSL, OpenVPN, and SSH) are mandatory. Technical Capabilities: Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in production Perimeter Security, Endpoint Security, Security Monitoring, Network Access Control (NAC), Privileged Access Management (PAM). Having security certifications is an advantage. Non-Technical Capabilities: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
