Operational Excellence: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company standards. Monitor performance, address issues promptly, and collaborate with store managers on improvements.
Performance Management: Set and achieve sales and performance targets for stores. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, customer engagement, and market expansion.
Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop store managers and teams. Provide training, coaching, and address performance issues.
Strategic Analysis: Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges. Use insights to adjust store strategies and product offerings.
Customer Experience: Ensure consistent high-quality customer service across all stores. Maintain company standards for cleanliness, safety, and presentation.
Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts. Ensure product availability and conduct regular inventory checks.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management.
Strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
Ability to analyze data and make strategic decision.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving operation improvements.
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area.
Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays
