DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Analyze data from Hasnur Group's various business units and compare it with external benchmarks to identify trends, best practices, and areas of improvement. Develop in-depth performance reports and provide actionable insights for the Commissioner to support decision-making and policy formulation. Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the company’s performance aligns with strategic goals. Prepare comprehensive reports and deliver presentations that clearly communicate findings and recommendations to senior management. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and business development, to understand challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
REQUIREMENT

Master’s degree (S2) in Economics, Finance, Business Management, or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business performance analysis, preferably in a holding company or group environment. Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis capabilities. Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business strategies. Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and experience with big data management is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling way to senior executives. Ability to work independently and lead projects that influence business strategy across multiple business units. Adept at developing long-term strategies and making informed recommendations that drive business success.
