Manage Digital Hub’s operational systems comprising of applications, systems, network and telecommunications and office automation services Design, architect, implement and manage IT infrastructure solutions that covers system, storage, network and telco components that complies with business requirements and consistent with Digital Hub architecture and standards Design enterprise-wide system, storage, virtualization, cloud computing, networking and telco systems solutions to meet business needs Define requirements for IT infrastructure solution, and performs critical evaluation and selection of architecture, technology, system, storage, network and telco components and services which best meet the requirements Evaluate current and anticipated capacity planning and develop plans for evolutionary growth Manage the operational support for IT operations ensuring support provided is inline with the SLAs Monitor the resolution of security alerts and threats to the system Implement process improvements or reengineering for operations and support related activities Ensure that support and operational work are properly documented Periodically review and refine standard operating procedures Work with vendor management team to ensure provision of timely support and execution of change requests by the vendors Ensure that all current systems and applications in production have associated SLAs for the vendors Ensure business user satisfaction with products and services offered Provide input to the development of the annual operational and budgetary plan for product support and maintenance Identify potential operational problems and recommend corrective actions
