DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Evaluating, developing and implementing Company Development System. Monitoring all employee performance (quarter and yearly KPI) in Headquarters, Subsidiaries and Branches.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's Degree in Statistics or Mathematics with GPA Min 3,00 Have a driver license (SIM A) and able to drive Minimum 1 year experience holding Employee Performance. Good knowledge in Balance Score Card. Good knowledge on people development, Strategic HR rules and KPI. Have experience in handling KPI (from drafting until reporting). Good interpersonal skills, maintain strong attention to detail, creative and good presentation skill.
