DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
1. Responsible to make Sales & Profit Reports (monthly, quarterly, quarterly estimates and next year's targets) for Head Quarter office and deliver the explanation to Direct Superior and/or Management.
2. Become a department assistant leader and conduct job review of work to each staff based on education, experience and competency, do checking reports produced by staff in department , do assessment ff staff work for salary increase and promotion.
3. Maintain good communication with Superior and Subordinate in the company, AR Bank, AR Tax, Tax Consultant and Auditor, Clients and Subcontractors/Suppliers, IT Administrator and other parties in connection with work that refers to the policy of ISO Anti-Bribery Management System
4. Give input and advice to Direct Superior and/or Management regarding problems that occur and new developments or changes to tax policies or regulations, generally accepted principles and accounting principles.
REQUIREMENT
1. Bachelor Degree in Accounting majoring from reputable university with GPA 3.0
2. Min. experience 10-15 year in accounting/bookkeeping required and taxation
3. Holding tax brevet certification
4. Has working experience at public accounting firm or construction company will be preferable
5. Has experience as auditor will be a plus
