DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Learn and support activities and project related to HC Strategy and People Management, such as Organizational Design, Talent Acquisition, Talent Strategy, Corporate Culture, Performance Management, and Recruitment. Managing the talent administration. Compiling data for reports to direct supervisor. Other HC administration tasks.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology, Management, HR Management or Engineering Fresh graduate, and/or currently in the last semester of college. Basic understanding of Human Resources field, particularly Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits concepts. Have basic Ms. Office (Excel, Powerpoint, and Word) abilities (calculation, lookup, pivoting). Meticulous and thorough in managing data.
