DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Looking for new customers, following up and making offers to customers. Increase sales by actively seeking potential and new business opportunities. Create and develop marketing strategies for domestic freight & international freight services Maintain good relationships to retain customers. Providing information needed by customers (as a bridge between company operations and service user customers) Provide consistently high standards of customer service
REQUIREMENT

Minimum D3 education Preferably majoring in logistics management/transportation management Experience as marketing in a freight & forwarding logistics company for at least 2 years Have a database of potential customers Having good communication skills Oriented towards achieving targets Prioritize customer satisfaction Have good complaint handling skills Have good insight / knowledge in the field of customs clearance and freight forwarding Can work together as a team. Actively provide reports to superiors Preferably both spoken and written languages. Able to use Microsoft Office
