DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Managing corporate finance that includes the right funding structure, funding patterns and company funding Ensure proper structure and financing pattern for the company Ensure that funds are available for the company's operational and investment activities Designing financing structure and pattern of healthy and appropriate financing for company Establish relationships and cooperation with banks and other financial institutions Ensure financial statements and consolidate financial statements. Prepare reports required by the Board of Directors / investors / creditors Carry out restructuring, acquisition, merger, when required Prepare all things related to IPO, if required
REQUIREMENT

Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. Must having experienced at Palm Oil Company & Manufacture Company Required Skill(s): corporate finance, structure and financing pattern, IPO, financial statements, management, problem solving Preferably Manager specialized in Oil Palm Refinery (downstream) process At least 5 years experiences in related field. of working experience in the related field is required for this position Good leadership skills, communication, and problem solving skill
