DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Build good relationships with business partners in the region and branches. Discuss and implement prepared sales strategies in the assigned area. Ensure sales in the area follow the rules. Provide excellent service to clients, including handling and communicating client claims promptly. Generate sales activity reports, evaluate performance, and analyze sales data to suggest improvements for achieving targets.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum S1 education from any field. At least 5 years of experience as a Sales Leader/Area Manager in the Life Insurance Industry.
