DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Set the commercial sales strategy and goals of the company and develop plans to execute them. Oversee all commercial activities, including sales operations, marketing, business development, and customer relations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Build and lead a high-performing commercial team, providing mentorship, coaching, and motivation. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including healthcare providers, clinicians, key opinion leaders, and customers. Evaluate market trends and economic conditions to inform business decisions and sales strategies. Manage tender/contract processes, including negotiation and pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. Ensure that the company complies with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial, sales, and marketing roles, including at least 5 years in leadership positions in a growth-focused organization. Experience in the healthcare sector, especially in clinical laboratory services, is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of various functions and principles, including sales operations, commercial strategy, and digital marketing. Strong people management skills with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field from a reputable university. A Master’s or Ph.D. in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the healthcare industry, particularly in laboratory services, and a deep understanding of B2B, medical detailing, and B2C sales channels.
