DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Develop and maintain IT governance and process in accordance with industry best practice to ensure all IT services are aligned with organization strategy & risk appetite.
Develop, implement, and perform compliance checks on IT policies and procedures to ensure IT processes adhere to organization needs and regulation.
Ensure the adequacy of data confidentiality & integrity, and the availability of IT services, infrastructure, assets, in order to meet the agreed IT Services SLAs, together with fulfilling business requirement.
Identify, study, mitigate and minimize IT risks to the acceptable level in organization
Develop, implement and test Disaster Recovery Plan to restore and secure IT services to support business.
Collaborate with internal and external auditor to provide support and follow-up on audit issues and conduct impact analysis to ensure the effectiveness of audit process.
Plan, manage, conduct and evaluate activities to achieve division target, budget spending, and quality with the guidance from CIO to ensure the achievement of long-term functional strategy.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor degree from reputable university, with relevant major (Finance, Management, Business, Economics, etc)
At least 5 years of experience in business development or similar positions.
Existing experience in consulting, merger & acquisitions, investment banking or candidates from a well-known securities company is preferred.
Having strong analytical & financial modelling skills
Excellent negotiation and communication skills

High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Having strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Willing to do business travels (if needed).
