DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Expertise in handling advances, settlements, and reimbursements efficiently Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, reports, and records. Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and adjustments. Monitor and ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies. Coordinate and support internal and external audits. Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions. Implement and improve financial controls and procedures to enhance accuracy and efficiency. Work closely with other departments to support financial operations and decision-making.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting processes. Experience in the marine shipping industry is a plus. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
